The human voice has no better mentor, the spirit no better friend. For many years, Nick has continually reinforced his claim to those titles, his grip growing ever firmer through his unparalleled hunger for beauty and his lack of fear in chasing it. As a respected artist, impassioned vocal coach, and heartfelt motivator, not only has Nick secured his legacy though inspiring those around him, but his passion has also become his life’s work.

Nick realized his love of performing early on, as a child in Washington D.C. It was then and there that he started to lay the groundwork for the spectacular career he’s enjoyed so far. Performing professionally by age thirteen, Nick captured his first national television audience as part of NBC's Drug Free Zones campaign. His introduction to the world soon followed, as he traveled the globe showcasing his skills on stilts and unicycles as part of Howard University’s “Playmakers Repertory Company”. Months later, Nick made the first of many annual appearances at the Kennedy Center, where he performed for none other than the President of the United States. Next, it was off to New York where he landed his first Broadway gig at age sixteen. His train was just picking up steam.
